Kanban Report
In this blog we will discuss about Kanban. This report will provide the work items across the selected project with filter based on multiple criteria.
In the first section of the report, the option will be provided to select Azure DevOps Projects. Switch will be provided to choose between the option to get all the work items or for selected date range.
The next section displays work items list. In the below image you can see the list of Work items based on state at the Organiza tion level.
These work items are segregated based on “Meta State”. All the work items will come under the following five meta states irrespective of custom states.
The work item card in the list will have the details of “Title”, “State” and “Assigned”. And two drop downs are provided to filter the work items in different categories. One is based on the Project and other is based on the User.
Benefit of using this “Kanban” report is you can see the details of work items across the projects, whereas Azure Devops Board will provide the work item details of only one project at a time.
